Jesus is greater than Adam? Yep. His death and resurrection overcome all the effects of Adam's sin. Adam's sin brought death to all mankind; Jesus' work causes all to have immortal life. Romans 5:18 - "Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men" (ESV). 1 Corinthians 15:22 - "For even as, in Adam, all are dying, thus also, in Christ, shall all be vivified" (Concordant Literal New Testament). Believe it!

Immortality will be worse than death without this key component

When I told her she'd live forever, to my surprise, she was not thrilled. Instead, the thought was repulsive to her. I soon understood her reasoning.

Immortality could be great. But it could also be a horrible prison without this important complimentary component, courtesy of our Heavenly Father. God has thought of every detail in order to benefit us to the max.

Don't worry, immortality will be all it's cracked up to be.

PRA - Post Resurrection Amazement. Just imagine! Awaking with a new body (probably like Jesus’ body He revealed to the 500) and being aware that you were dead - yet now alive! Even more, to see your Saviors open and welcoming hands. And aware that His love and mercy is for everyone, even Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin and even Yoko Ono. Post Resurrection Amazement melts and changes hearts!!! Not torment and fear.
