Jesus is greater than Adam? Yep. His death and resurrection overcome all the effects of Adam's sin. Adam's sin brought death to all mankind; Jesus' work causes all to have immortal life. Romans 5:18 - "Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men" (ESV). 1 Corinthians 15:22 - "For even as, in Adam, all are dying, thus also, in Christ, shall all be vivified" (Concordant Literal New Testament). Believe it!

Job, in the midst of great suffering, asked his contradicting wife, "Indeed should we receive good from the One, Elohim, and should we not receive evil?" Smart man, that Job.
